CHARITY RESIDENCE PROJECT

The Charity Residence is a mixed used building that balances living spaces and office areas, with the ground floor focused on administrative work and the upper floors dedicated to residential comfort. A spiral staircase serves as a functional and aesthetic element, allowing quick access to different levels of the administrative space while preserving open floor space. The use of common spaces such as the lobby, meeting room, and large offices hints at collaborative-focused activities.

On the upper level, the residential space operates independently from the administrative space with a separate access door.  The inclusion of outdoor spaces like balconies enhances the residential feel, while efficient circulation with staircases and hallways ensures ease of movement.

The overall design emphasizes both functionality and community interaction, which are crucial for a charity-oriented residence that caters to both office work and housing needs.
